They do this by connecting older people, people with disabilities and their families, and carers with others who will help them achieve what’s important to them.

Why they exist:
They advocate for a truly inclusive, supportive and connected community that maximises inclusion outcomes for all.

Today annecto works in communities across Melbourne metro, the Loddon Mallee and Grampians region of Victoria, Sydney metro, Mid North Coast and Orana Far West regions of NSW, Queensland’s Sunshine Coast and the ACT.
